This 5 unit Townhouse is inspired by the architecture of Addison Mizner whose Spanish styles dominated south Florida in the 1920’s. Each 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath unit has a balcony on the main living area, and a balcony off the master bedroom. The front yard is kept private and landscaping softens the effects of the surrounding cityscape.
